Statement from Maureen Borsella

Election Date: November 3, 2026 (11-03-2026)

Maureen Borsella for Pelham Town Clerk

Neighborhood Party

My name is Maureen Borsella, and I am honored to be running for Pelham Town Clerk alongside Scott Wolfgang for Town Supervisor.

Pelham has been my home for more than 60 years. It is where I grew up, met my husband Anthony, raised our family, and built lifelong friendships.

Throughout my life, I’ve believed that the best way to strengthen a community is through service. Whether leading the fundraising and renovation of the Hutchinson School playground,  volunteering with the PTA, Pelham Little League, or serving as Co-President of The Danny Fund, I’ve always believed that neighbors have a responsibility to lift one another up.

The Town Clerk is more than a keeper of records, it is a position of trust. Every resident deserves to feel welcomed, respected, and heard. If elected, I will lead with integrity, transparency, compassion, and a commitment to outstanding public service.

Together, Scott Wolfgang and I are committed to responsible leadership. We believe in protecting taxpayers through sound fiscal management, strengthening communication between the Town and our villages.  We also believe Pelham’s future deserves thoughtful planning. Growth should be balanced with preserving the character, walkability, and small-town charm that make our community so special. Progress should always reflect the voices and values of the people who call Pelham home.

I’ve spent a lifetime serving this community because I love Pelham and all it has to offer.  Now, I am asking for the privilege of serving you as your Town Clerk.

Together, let’s move Pelham forward with integrity, fiscal responsibility, thoughtful leadership, and a shared commitment to the community we all love.

Thank you.

Maureen Borsella
